RESTRICTED STATES:
Spring Street Cigars currently does not ship any products to Maryland, Ohio, Utah, or South Dakota.
SHIPPING METHOD:
We strive to ensure products are shipped the same day they are purchased. However, some situations require us to delay outgoing shipments until the following business day. Our shipments will ordinarily be made by USPS or UPS, and the default method will be standard ground shipping to any address that is located within the 46 States not listed above. Unless specified otherwise, shipping will be free for all items purchased through the Spring Street Cigars online store.
ADDITIONAL RULES:
- Little Cigars (cigars weighing less than 4 lbs. per 1,000 roles) can only be shipped by USPS.
- Flavored Tobacco cannot be shipped to Massachusetts
- California and Delaware require adult signature for package delivery.
- Currently Spring Street Cigars does not ship items to P.O. boxes.
- All orders sent to a US military base must be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
- Flammable/ Hazardous items must be sent UPS ground.
AGE VERIFICATION:
If we are unable to verify your age, we reserve the right to ship your product “Adult Signature Required.”
Spring Street Cigars (Higgins Cigars, LLC) only ships tobacco products to those who are of legal minimum age. At the time of this posting, that age is 21.
In order to remain compliant with FDA guidelines, we utilize an age verification system (AgeChecker.Net) which stores your provided personal information for that purpose. This process often takes place without alerting the customer during the transaction, unless the verification is unsuccessful and additional information is required.
